About The Position

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for OTR (Over-the-Road) long-haul refrigerated trailer hauling positions. This role involves transporting general commodities, including protein (boxed beef, chicken, pork) and beer, across all 48 states. We offer both company driver and owner operator (lease purchase) opportunities. Owner operators can expect to receive 70% of linehaul revenue and 100% of fuel surcharges, with paid base plates and permits. Lease purchase options are available for newer Kenworth T680 trucks. Company drivers can expect to be out for 3-4 weeks at a time with 5 days home each month. This position emphasizes drop and hook, no-touch freight.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Must have 3 months of 53' tractor-trailer OTR experience in the last 6 months, or 6 months of experience in the last year (excluding school, straight truck, garbage truck, or dump truck experience).
• SAP drivers must be on or past Step 6.
• Truck must be 10 years or newer for owner operators (or lease purchase) and have all paperwork.
• Must be able to drive day or night.
• Must have a CDL address that matches the hiring area.

Nice To Haves

• Less than 1 year OTR experience will ride first 3 weeks with lead driver at $150 per day.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated freight (general commodity, protein, beer) across all 48 states.
• Operate a 53' tractor-trailer.
• Perform drop and hook, no-touch freight.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• For owner operators: Manage business operations, including maximizing earning potential through a percentage-based pay structure.
• For company drivers: Be out for 3-4 weeks at a time with 5 days home per month.
