About The Position

Major Nationwide Fleet is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for long haul OTR Reefer positions. This role is available for company drivers, independent contractors/owner operators, and lease purchase options. The position involves hauling general commodities and protein, such as boxed beef, chicken, pork, and beer, across all 48 states. The company emphasizes no forced dispatch and offers paid base plates & permits for owner operators. Lease purchase options are available for newer Kenworth T680 trucks. Company drivers can expect to be out for 3-4 weeks at a time with 5 days home each month. This role offers a significant amount of drop and hook, no-touch freight.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 3 months of 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in the last 6 months OR 6 months of experience in the last year (excluding school, straight truck, garbage truck, dump truck)
• Must have a CDL address that matches the hiring area
• SAP Drivers must be on or past Step 6
• Owner Operator trucks must be 10 years or newer and have all paperwork, or be part of a lease purchase program
• Company drivers must be able to drive day or night
• Must have recent OTR experience without at-fault incidents/citations/violations

Nice To Haves

• Less than 1 year OTR experience will ride first 3 weeks with lead driver at $150 per day
