About The Position
We are hiring Class A Company Truck Drivers for our OTR Dry Van fleet in the Western Region, based out of Riverside, CA. This position offers regular home time every two weeks and involves lane runs primarily west of the Mississippi River, with runs typically lasting no more than 3 days. Drivers will be responsible for full hand unload, load assist, unload assist, and utilizing a pallet jack and tailgate. Both day and night shifts are available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 6 months of Solo OTR experience.
- Must possess a valid CDL A.
- Must be able to pass a hair test.
- Must have a clean criminal background.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice To Haves
- Recent graduates with no experience will be trained, but must have a valid CDL A and 120 hours of truck driving school.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A OTR Dry Van truck.
- Complete full hand unload, load assist, and unload assist duties.
- Utilize a pallet jack and tailgate as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
Benefits

- Average Earnings: $1,000 - $1,200 weekly
- Average Weekly Mileage: 1,800 - 2,200 miles
- Lane Runs: All states West of the Mississippi, normally no more than 3 days per run.
- Option to run past the Mississippi if desired.
