About The Position

We’re looking for experienced OTR drivers who want to keep their wheels turning without the typical industry headaches. No forced NYC, no touching freight—just long-haul miles and a paycheck you can rely on. Drive 2021 or newer Kenworth's and Freightliners. Get real 24/7 assistance—no automated machines, just people. Companionship: Bring your dog or a rider along from day one.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 21 years of age
• 90+ Days of solo OTR experience (pulling 40ft+ trailers)
• No DUI in the last 5 years
• No SAP
• Solid MVR
• Must pass standard DOT drug/alcohol and physical testing

Responsibilities

• Drive 2021 or newer Kenworth's and Freightliners.
• Complete 2,300 to 3,000 consistent miles every week.
• Handle 100% No-Touch freight, with 50-60% Drop & Hook.
• Provide 24/7 assistance.
• Allow companionship with dogs or riders from day one.

Benefits

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 – $1,500
• Top Performance Pay: High-milage drivers earn $1,750+ per week
• Starting Rate: $0.54 to $0.60 CPM (Based on your solo experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (Kick off with $500 after your first load)
