Class A OTR Driver - $2,400-$2,700/ Wk No Touch Freight
About The Position
Drive for a carrier that gives you the freedom to run, the miles to earn, and the equipment to stay comfortable. Choose between dry van or reefer freight, enjoy consistent miles, and get paid for every mile you drive—loaded or empty. Reefer Drivers Earn $0.81–$0.86 CPM, with average take-home pay up to $2,700 per week. Dry Van Drivers Earn $0.76–$0.81 CPM, with average take-home pay up to $2,400 per week. Additional Pay includes paid on all miles, loaded and empty, $150 layover pay, and $25/hour detention pay after the first 2 hours. Weekly direct deposit every Friday. Over-the-road (OTR) routes with no New York City deliveries and no forced dispatch. Choose your preferred trailer: Dry Van or Reefer. Average 3,200+ miles per week. Home time options include 2 weeks out / 2 days home, or 3 weeks out / 4 days home. Drive a 2025 or 2026 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia featuring an assigned truck that you can take home during home time, APU, refrigerator, microwave, power inverter, driver tablet, EZ Pass and PrePass, and Pilot/Flying J fuel cards. Truck speed is governed at 72 MPH. Pet-friendly policy from day one.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- No DUI, DWI, or SAP history
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No reckless driving convictions or speeding violations of 15 MPH or more
- Employment history must meet company guidelines (maximum of 8 jobs in the last 3 years)
- Must pass a standard DOT urine drug test (no hair follicle test)
