About The Position
We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious Class A or B CDL drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of portable storage containers while providing a positive customer experience at every stop. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety. All drivers are home daily! A hiring event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5th from 11 AM to 2 PM at 11511 N. Lakeridge Pkwy Suite A, Ashland, VA 23005. Interested candidates can visit anytime during these hours to speak with a manager.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Clean driving record
- Skilled at maneuvering large vehicles
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliability and punctuality
- 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A or B vehicle
- Deliver and pick up portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction
- Complete accurate paperwork and use a tablet/GPS for routing
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
- Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
