About The Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to support regional shuttle and delivery routes throughout Colorado and surrounding states. Regular routes may include North Platte, NE, Billings, MT, Grand Junction, CO, and other locations as business needs require. This position offers consistent full-time work; however, routes vary based on operational needs and may require overnight and multi-day trips. We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and an array of customers within the healthcare industry. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries, improve infection control and reduce the environmental footprint of our customers. As a service to our customers we dispose and treat medical waste at our treatment facilities across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
  • Experience operating vehicles up to 53'
  • Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
  • Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
  • Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices
  • Ability and willingness to travel on varying regional routes, including overnight stays when required

Responsibilities

  • Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
  • Operate company vehicles up to 53ft tractor trailers
  • Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
  • Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
  • Travel on varied regional routes, including occasional overnight and multi-day trips, based on customer and operational needs
  • Load and unload containers as needed (heavy lifting required)
  • Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
  • Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
