About The Position

Celebrating our 23rd year in business, we are the leading provider of Commercial Soft Water Systems, service, and product. Whether a full pneumatic trailer load, our patented local delivery vehicles, or bagged salt, we have the means to cover your needs. Our team is our family. No truck numbers. This is a Company Driver (W2, Solo) position for a Pneumatic tanker, local route. The average weekly pay is $1,200 - $1,500, with an hourly rate of $28 - $32. Drivers average 100 - 2,500 miles per week. This is a day shift position with 100% driver load/unload. Home time is 5 days on, 2 days off, and drivers are home every weekend. Pets and riders are allowed. The fleet consists of 35 trucks, mostly manual semi-trucks governed at 75 mph. Drivers cannot take the truck home. Orientation is paid, accommodation is covered with drivers getting their own room, but meals and travel expenses are not included.

Requirements

• Must be 23 years of age.
• Class A license without any restrictions
• Must have (N) Tank Vehicles and (T) Doubles/Triples endorsements at time of hire
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience

Nice To Haves

• Two years over the road preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log using an ELD
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip
