About The Position

This role offers steady miles and a clear schedule for Class A Drivers, with an expectation of around 2,200–2,500 miles per week. Weekly pay typically ranges from $1,400 to $1,600. Drivers will have home time every two weeks on a steady rotation. This is a full-time W2 position with benefits commencing on the first day of employment. The work primarily involves dry van freight, with minimal handling required and mostly drop and hook operations to minimize downtime. Opportunities include a mix of regional, OTR (Over-The-Road), and dedicated routes with consistent dispatch and planned routes. New drivers will undergo 3–5 weeks of paid orientation and training with a dedicated mentor, focusing on real-world driving, inspections, and log compliance, running supervised miles before operating solo.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required or completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited program
Must be 21+ years of age
Maintain a strong safety record
No major or DOT preventable accidents
No preventable accidents within the last 5 years
No more than 2 preventable incidents
No safety-related termination from previous employer
No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
