About The Position

This full-time W2 Class A Driver role offers consistent weekly miles (2,200–2,500) and competitive weekly pay ($1,400–$1,600), with annual earnings ranging from $71,000 to $85,000. Drivers will primarily handle dry van freight, mostly drop and hook, requiring minimal physical handling. The position involves a mix of regional, OTR (Over-The-Road), and dedicated routes with consistent dispatch and planned schedules. Home time is guaranteed every two weeks on a steady rotation. The company provides late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025) equipped with APUs for driver comfort. New drivers without prior experience will undergo a 3–5 week paid orientation and training program with a dedicated mentor, focusing on real-world driving, inspections, and log compliance, earning $650 weekly during this period. Benefits commence on day one.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL required or completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited program
• 21+ years of age
• Strong safety record
• No major or DOT preventable accidents
• No preventable accidents within the last 5 years
• No more than 2 preventable incidents
• No safety-related termination from previous employer
• No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
• No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
