About The Position

This is a full-time W2 CDL-A Driver position specializing in no-touch dry van freight, offering consistent miles and predictable pay. Drivers typically average 2,200–2,500 miles per week, with earnings ranging from $1,400 to $1,600 weekly. The role provides structured home time every two weeks and is designed to minimize downtime. The fleet consists of late-model Freightliner and Kenworth units (2022–2025) equipped with APUs, primarily handling dry van loads with approximately 70% drop and hook. The position involves running regional, OTR, and dedicated routes. Comprehensive benefits are available from the first day, and a paid orientation and training program (3-5 weeks) is provided for new drivers, focusing on safety, inspections, log compliance, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL or completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited program
• Driving record must meet safety standards
• No major or DOT preventable accidents
• No preventable accidents within the last 5 years
• Maximum of 2 preventable incidents allowed
• No safety-related termination from previous employer
• No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
• No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Running dry van freight with minimal handling required
