This position offers consistent miles and predictable pay for CDL-A Drivers, averaging 2,200 2,500 miles per week with typical earnings between $1,400 and $1,600. Drivers are scheduled for home time every two weeks, and the role is designed to minimize downtime. It is a full-time W2 position with comprehensive benefits available from day one. The role involves running dry van freight, mostly no-touch, with about 70% drop and hook operations. The fleet consists of late-model Freightliner and Kenworth units (2022 2025) equipped with APUs, offering regional, OTR, and dedicated route options. New drivers will undergo 3 to 5 weeks of one-on-one training focusing on safety, inspections, log compliance, and operational procedures before transitioning to solo driving.
