About The Position

This position offers consistent miles and predictable pay for CDL-A Drivers, averaging 2,200 2,500 miles per week with typical earnings between $1,400 and $1,600. Drivers are scheduled for home time every two weeks, and the role is designed to minimize downtime. It is a full-time W2 position with comprehensive benefits available from day one. The role involves running dry van freight, mostly no-touch, with about 70% drop and hook operations. The fleet consists of late-model Freightliner and Kenworth units (2022 2025) equipped with APUs, offering regional, OTR, and dedicated route options. New drivers will undergo 3 to 5 weeks of one-on-one training focusing on safety, inspections, log compliance, and operational procedures before transitioning to solo driving.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL or completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited program
  • Driving record must meet safety standards
  • No major or DOT preventable accidents
  • No preventable accidents within the last 5 years
  • Maximum of 2 preventable incidents allowed
  • No safety-related termination from previous employer
  • No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
  • No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
  • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Running dry van freight with minimal handling required
  • Following scheduled pickups and deliveries across assigned routes
  • Completing daily inspections and maintaining accurate logs
  • Working directly with dispatch to stay on schedule

  • Completing supervised miles before transitioning to solo (for new drivers)
