About The Position

Jusczak Trucking, a family-owned company since 1974, is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for local routes in the Twin Cities area. We offer competitive pay ($27–$40/hour based on experience), consistent year-round freight, and a variety of equipment to operate. Our drivers are home daily, running local routes within approximately 350 miles, with optional Over-The-Road (OTR) opportunities. We pride ourselves on reliability, safety, and taking care of our drivers, providing a supportive dispatch and safety team. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual Required)
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
• 5+ years of experience preferred (or strong equivalent experience)
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting/securing up to 100 lbs)
• Comfortable using smartphone apps & dispatch software
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-first mindset
• Pass DOT physical & maintain medical card
• Pass pre-employment & random drug testing (DOT compliant)
• Consent to and pass MVR and Clearing House.
• Willing to work flexible hours based on dispatch needs

Nice To Haves

• Flatbed experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Running local routes throughout the Twin Cities and 5 state surrounding areas
• Hauling a variety of freight (flatbed experience is a plus)
• Safely securing loads and ensuring on-time deliveries
• Communicating with dispatch and Safety & Compliance via company software
• Completing logs, inspections, and required documentation
