About The Position

Charlie's Produce is a privately owned wholesale produce company and the largest privately owned produce wholesaler on the West Coast. This role is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Anchorage region. We are currently hiring for all shifts, including a night driving shift for dark drops.

Requirements

One year verifiable driving experience with a Class A, AK Driver's License
Delivery experience preferred
Clean Driving Record
Clean Criminal Record
Current Medical Card
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 75lbs repeatedly

Responsibilities

Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
Palletized product will be delivered to customers with hand truck.
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.
Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle equipped with an outward and driver facing dash cam.
Adhere to company policy regarding dash cam usage and data privacy.
Drivers are expected to maintain the functionality of their assigned vehicle's dash cam.
Other duties as assigned.
