About The Position

We’re hiring Class A drivers for a dedicated regional position running the Northeast and Midwest (as far south as VA and KY). Enjoy home weekends, all no-touch freight, and 85% drop & hook operations between distribution centers. This position offers an average annual pay of $95,000–$105,000 and average weekly pay of $1,700–$2,000. Drivers will be home Friday night or Saturday morning and return Monday morning. All miles are paid, both loaded and empty. The freight is JIT, with 70% night driving. It is 100% no-touch freight, mostly drop & hook from distribution center to distribution center. Drivers will be assigned late-model Kenworth, International, and Freightliner trucks (average age 18 months) equipped with APU, inverter, flat screen, microwave, fridge, and XM radio. Drivers can take their truck home on weekends or park at a nearby drop yard.

Requirements

Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Minimum of 9 months of regional or OTR experience in the last 15 months.
At least 2 months of winter driving experience (December–February) in Northeast or upper Midwest urban areas.
No DOT preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
Maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (no major violations).
No DUI in a personal vehicle within the last 8 years (lifetime maximum of 1; none in a CMV).
No felonies or misdemeanors within the last 10 years (case-by-case review).
Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A vehicle on a dedicated regional route covering the Northeast and Midwest.
Transport freight between distribution centers, with a focus on drop & hook operations.
Adhere to JIT (Just-In-Time) delivery schedules.
Drive primarily during night hours (70% of the time).
Ensure all freight is handled with no-touch procedures.
Maintain assigned late-model Kenworth, International, or Freightliner trucks.
Utilize truck amenities such as APU, inverter, flat screen, microwave, fridge, and XM radio.
Return home on weekends.
