Class A Driver - All Experience Levels Welcome
About The Position
We are hiring entry-level Class A drivers for Oklahoma regional dry van routes. This position offers real highway experience, guaranteed weekly pay, and the support needed to succeed from the very first mile. Drivers with a newly obtained Class A CDL will receive on-the-road training. Earn a real paycheck from day one with a carrier that supports your growth. The training phase offers a $650 weekly flat rate. For the first 90 days solo, drivers are guaranteed $1,000 every week. In full solo status, the expected weekly average is $1,400 to $1,800. The training program involves 4 to 6 weeks over the road with a certified driver mentor, focusing on live freight experience on public highways. Upon successful completion and mentor sign-off, drivers will transition into their own assigned truck. Paid coaching covers safe operation and maneuvering of commercial tractor-trailers, electronic logging device management and hours-of-service regulations, proper walk-around vehicle inspections, and standard communication protocols with the logistics team.
Requirements
- Valid and active Class A commercial driver's license
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Certificate showing 120+ hours from an accredited trucking school
- Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations
- Ability to pass the required DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Hauling dry van freight, concentrating on regional lanes east of I-35
- Returning home every two weeks for scheduled rest days
- Maintaining absolute compliance with federal transport safety mandates
- Submitting accurate electronic logs and vehicle condition reports
- Verifying equipment safety at the start and end of each shift
- Staying in regular contact with our dispatch office
