About The Position

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for their Santa Fe Springs, CA location. This position offers a starting pay of $28.00/hour with a Tuesday-Friday schedule, starting at 6:00 AM. There is a possibility of one overnight layover per week on select routes, with a hotel and per diem provided. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience
• Strong, clean driving record and can pass a Clearinghouse
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed and available for overnight layovers
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors
• Shuttle trailers between company warehouses
• Transport equipment to vendors and repair shops
• Pick up vendor-supplied products
• Support jockey operations as needed
• Make occasional large customer deliveries
• Complete all assigned work safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate DOT and company logs
• Protect company property and operate with safety first
