About The Position
This role is built for drivers who want a predictable weekly routine instead of long-haul uncertainty. You'll run a defined Midwest network with consistent freight, shorter routes, and a schedule that gets you home every weekend. This role is best suited for drivers who prefer consistency, structured routes, and reliable weekly home time.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience
- At least 21 years old
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Consistent work history
- SAP drivers are not eligible for this position
Nice To Haves
- Experienced drivers may have rider and pet options available.
Responsibilities
- Run a defined Midwest network with consistent freight, shorter routes, and a schedule that gets you home every weekend.
- Handle freight lanes focused on OH, KY, IN, MI, and IL.
- Manage shorter runs with steady dispatch planning.
- Transport freight including drop and hook, live load, and preloaded trailers.
- Work a weekly structure that includes leaving out on Monday and returning home by Saturday, with a consistent weekly reset at home.
- Utilize assigned late-model equipment with automatic transmission trucks.
- Participate in a paid training period and structured onboarding process if applicable.
