About The Position

This is a regional over-the-road route where drivers run a dedicated territory delivering helium cylinders to established, repeat customers. The role involves no cold stops, no chasing new freight, and no touch-and-go dispatching. Drivers will deliver a clean, non-flammable product on a familiar route every week and will be home every weekend. The position offers hourly pay plus overtime, with strong overtime opportunities from January through June. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is provided in structured installments, along with an annual safety bonus of up to $2,000 for safe driving performance. Employees receive 3 weeks of PTO in their first year, with accrual starting on day one, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 6%. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered, as well as company-paid short-term disability, life insurance, and long-term disability options. Additional benefits include an annual boot and pants program and clean DOT stop rewards.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• 1 year of driving experience or driving school training within the past 4 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, read highway signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver helium compressed gas cylinders to scheduled, repeat customers
• Load and unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain DOT compliance
• Build relationships with regular customers and help manage their inventory needs
