About The Position

States Logistics Services, Inc. is hiring a Local Port Driver for our Buena Park Terminal. This role involves transporting loads to and from warehouses or distribution centers to customer locations throughout Southern California, with limited product touching. The company is a third-party logistics provider (3PL) specializing in supply chain management, with a history dating back to 1958. As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) organization, employees are shared owners dedicated to exceptional service. States Logistics participates in E-Verify to confirm identity and employment eligibility.

Requirements

• 18 months of driving experience with a tractor/trailer
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• No major convictions in the past 5 years (DUI, Reckless, Suspensions, etc.)
• Have a valid Class A CDL
• Must have a valid TWIC card
• Must have port experience
• Must have experience with offsite port locations

Responsibilities

• Transport loads to & from warehouses or distribution centers to customer locations throughout Southern California (limited product touching).
