About The Position

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, is seeking a Class A Delivery Driver to join their team. The company has been delivering exceptional service since 1953 and represents top beverage brands, focusing on excellence, innovation, and growth. This role offers a 4-day work week with one overnight stay (expenses paid) and the flexibility to work some Saturdays as needed, totaling 40 hours per week plus overtime. The driver will be responsible for direct store deliveries, including loading/unloading, timely route delivery with multiple stops, delivering products into stores, handling customer payments, ensuring correct paperwork completion, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
• Previous Delivery Driving experience
• A good driving record
• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly
• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of the Bismarck and surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self motivated, work independently and self managed to meet deadlines
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Making direct store deliveries to customers
• Loading/unloading truck
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops
• Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means
• Handling customer payments
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Providing excellent customer service
