About The Position
Taylor Metal Products is a leading manufacturer of high-end steel roofing and siding products. We are looking for motivated, high-energy drivers for a full-time hourly position with overtime and weekends off. We have been in business for over 20 years and continue to grow each year. We always hold true to our motto: “Quality Products, Exceptional Service.” A hardworking individual that wants to be a part of a small and personable team will thrive in this fast-paced delivery position. You will deliver our finished building materials to local lumber yards and to active job sites all around Washington; primarily the western half of the state.
Requirements
- Class A driving experience preferred (1-2 years).
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to climb on loads.
- Maintain paper logs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with flatbeds and piggyback forklifts or curtain vans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver finished building materials to local lumber yards and active job sites.
- Drive Volvo and Kenworth day cabs, pulling 37’ to 51’ flatbeds with a piggyback forklift or a 45’ to 48’ curtain van.
- Perform overnight deliveries 1-3 days per month on a team rotation.
- Maintain paper logs.
- Lift 50 lbs. and climb on loads.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
