About The Position
Join our team as a Class A CDL Truck Driver with Coborn’s, Inc. Coborn's, Inc., based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, is seeking a full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our growing organization! As a family-owned and employee-owned company, we are proud of our strong roots, remarkable culture, and continued expansion across the Midwest. This position plays a critical role in delivering products to our family of grocery stores. As a driver on our team, you will provide safe, efficient transportation, handling, and distribution of product throughout our logistics network. You'll be an essential part of supporting our stores, serving our communities, and helping drive the continued growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
- minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- at least 21 years of age
- holds a valid Class A driver's license and acceptable driving record per company policy
- ability to obtain a DOT medical examiners certificate
- pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and safety background check
- ability to qualify for power equipment certification
Responsibilities
- delivering assigned freight
- dock level unloading and loading cargo using tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- completing necessary paperwork
- maintaining vehicles and warehouse equipment (ex. Cleaning, inspecting, fueling etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe vehicle operation
