About The Position

We are immediately seeking a qualified Class A Driver who is highly detailed and enjoys the satisfaction of a job done right. An ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable team player with experience doing route deliveries. The work schedule will be discussed further at the interview stage. Target Total Comp: Mileage/Stop Pay. Full Benefits package. Touch Freight. W2 Forecast is $90+.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, Over the Road (OTR) Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL.
• Must have a CDL Class A and pass DOT-required physical and related drug tests.
• Able to pass additional pre-employment screening required by the company.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving a forklift is a plus.
• Manual certification is a plus.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Obey and follow applicable traffic laws.
• Maintain ELOG and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Report defects, accidents, and violations.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatch on delivery.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
