About The Position

Dennis Food Service, a 100% Employee-Owned Company, is seeking an experienced Class A Delivery Driver for its Candia, NH location. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with optional weekend work, and drivers are home every night. The role involves delivering frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods to a diverse customer base, including schools, hospitals, restaurants, and convenience stores. Compensation is based on miles driven, pieces delivered, and the number of stops.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A driver’s license
• 2–3 years of delivery experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., with frequent lifting of 10–80 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled route
• Deliver correct products efficiently and safely within assigned territory
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Report accidents or equipment issues
• Accurately maintain a DOT logbook
• Communicate regularly with the Transportation Manager
• Serve as the final checkpoint for food safety and quality compliance
