About The Position

Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Watertown, NY! We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture and up fit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks specializing in snow and ice control and �Keeping America�s Roads Safe!� This is a dynamic hybrid role where you will serve as both an Installation Technician and a Delivery Driver. As an Installation Technician, your expertise will be utilized in the workstation where your skill sets best fit, with a focus on MIG Welding and Fabrication, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods over varying distances, which may occasionally require overnight stays.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with medical card for interstate transit
• Clean driving record
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in MIG Welding and Fabrication
• Proficiency in Hydraulics
• Proficiency in Electrical systems
• Basic shop math & ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes
• Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, inspecting, and trouble shooting truck builds, ensuring proper upfit, hydraulics, wiring, and electrical components
• Performing diagnostic and repair work
• Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and performing shop math
• Transporting goods over varying distances, which may occasionally require overnight stays.
