About The Position

LaRiviere Inc. is looking for a motivated individual that can operate truck and side dump trailers, dump trucks and flatbed trucks / trailers in the St. Maries/ Lewiston, Idaho region. Must be confident in transporting and dumping materials such as gravel, dirt, and demolition debris. Must also be able to load and transport heavy equipment on occasion. Requirements

Class A CDL
Current DOT medical card
Clean driving record
General driving experience in a variety of commercial or construction settings
Three years of verifiable driving experience

Responsibilities

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle to ensure truck does not need any required maintenance or repairs.
Must be able to work and communicate well with Supervisors, Dispatch, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and other employees.
Willingness to work overtime and possibly some weekends, when needed during busy season.
Ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, DOT and all other company and/or state rules and regulations.
Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
Maintain vehicle in a clean an orderly condition, inside and out.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Operate truck and side dump trailers, dump trucks and flatbed trucks / trailers.
Transport and dump materials such as gravel, dirt, and demolition debris.
Load and transport heavy equipment on occasion.
