Class A CDL Truck Driver | Home Weekends Route
About The Position
We are now hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our premier Dedicated Fleet, hauling finished paper products. This account offers incredible mileage volume, a highly competitive pay structure, and stable, year-round freight. The freight profile includes lightweight loads (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and Dixie cups), massive drop & hook volume at Georgia-Pacific facilities, and recession-proof essential household brands. This is a W2 company driver position with a top mileage rate of $0.70 CPM, averaging $1,680 – $1,750 gross per week for 2,400 – 2,500 miles per week. Drivers run hard for 5.5 days and then head home for their 34-hour reset, with most weekends spent at home. The running area is steady regional lanes spanning everywhere East of the I-35 corridor, strictly avoiding New York City.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 24 months, OR at least 6 months of verifiable experience within the last 12 months.
- OTR or Regional experience is strictly required.
- Clean driving record.
- Solid professional work history.
Responsibilities
- Haul finished paper products.
- Drop empty trailers and hook pre-loaded trailers.
- Operate within the region East of I-35, avoiding New York City.
- Complete a 34-hour reset at home, typically on weekends.
