About The Position

We are currently seeking professional and dependable Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a dedicated regional account. This high-priority position offers consistent, predictable miles, great weekly earnings, and stable home time. This dedicated route offers the perfect balance of open road long-hauls and steady compensation for solo drivers. We welcome Experienced Drivers, First Seat Drivers, Trainees, and Owner-Operators.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
  • Open to Trainees, First Seat (Experienced), and drivers with 1+ year of experience.
  • Must reside within the designated hiring radius of the regional hub area.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A CDL truck for a dedicated regional account.
  • Complete assigned routes with consistent miles.
  • Adhere to schedules and home time expectations.
  • Handle freight utilizing Live Load, Live Unload, Preload, and Drop & Hook methods.
  • Work both Day and Night shifts as required.
  • Perform duties that may include weekend and holiday work.

Benefits

  • Average Weekly Earnings: $1,100 – $1,200 per week
  • Starting Mileage Pay: $0.50 CPM guaranteed within the first 6-month pay band
  • Consistent Mileage: Average of 2,100 – 2,400 miles weekly
  • Trainee Pay: $800.00 flat rate during training
  • Performance Bonus: Eligible for driver performance bonuses
  • Stop Pay: $15.00 for each stop (excluding the first and last)
  • Short Haul & Unload Pay: Paid at standard company structures
  • Operating Area: Favorable long-haul routes featuring open roads across regional western states
  • Home Time: Consistent schedules with home time every 2 to 3 weeks
  • Freight Type: Dedicated freight utilizing Live Load, Live Unload, Preload, and Drop & Hook
  • Shift & Schedule: Operation runs both Day and Night shifts.
