Class A CDL Truck Driver - Dedicated Fleet
About The Position
This full-time, dedicated truck driving position is based in Dallas, Texas, and the immediate surrounding area. The driver operates a continuous dedicated loop from Dallas, TX, to Cherokee, AL, to Chino, CA, and back to Dallas. Freight is dedicated retail freight and is 100% drop and hook, with a preset single-customer run and no waiting for loads. Drivers are out for two weeks and home for two full days. Company drivers are employed W-2 and earn $0.65 per mile, with estimated average weekly gross pay of $1,625–$1,690 and annual pay of $84,500–$87,800. The route averages 2,500–2,600 miles per week. A lease-purchase option is also available at $1.45 per mile plus fuel surcharge. A $500 transition bonus is offered. W-2 drivers receive a full health benefits package.
Requirements
- Active Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- At least 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Reside within the hiring area around Dallas, TX.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Acceptable driving history.
Responsibilities
- Drive the dedicated continuous loop between Dallas, TX; Cherokee, AL; and Chino, CA, returning to Dallas.
- Transport dedicated retail freight using 100% drop-and-hook operations.
