About The Position

Are you a recent CDL graduate looking for a stable company to launch your professional driving career? We are seeking new Class A CDL holders for our comprehensive, paid OTR training program. This program is specifically structured to transition entry-level drivers into confident, high-earning solo operators. From paid orientation to your safety-focused mentorship phase, we provide the tools, premium equipment, and structured dispatch you need to succeed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Class A CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months.
• Limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with any other carrier).
• Fully willing to complete the paid mentor training phase and transition to a standard OTR schedule (out 2–4 weeks at a time).
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 10 days of hands-on OTR training alongside an experienced driver mentor.
• Transition to a standard OTR schedule (out 2-4 weeks at a time).
• Meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.

Benefits

• Paid Orientation (travel and hotel accommodations provided, $100 food stipend).

• Starting pay of $0.35 CPM running an average of 2,500+ miles per week.
• Pay increase to $0.50 CPM after 3 months of safe solo driving.

• Breakdown pay of $40.00 after 24 hours.
