About The Position

Immediate training spots are open for recent CDL school graduates ready to start their career. This position involves running steady, year-round refrigerated freight across the 11 Western states. Upon completion of training, drivers can expect a solid $1,200 – $1,500 weekly average, consistent miles, and home time every other week with a full 48-hour reset. Paid on-the-job training is provided from day one for trainees and recent graduates, lasting 4-6 weeks on Western regional routes with an experienced driver. After training, drivers will move into their own truck and start earning full mileage pay.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A required before start.
• Must have already completed a minimum 120-hour CDL school program.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Recent CDL school graduate (120-hour minimum program) OR 6+ months experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Must be able to pass standard pre-employment drug screening, which includes both urine and hair follicle testing.
• Looking for drivers with a stable work history and manageable employment gaps.

Responsibilities

• Run steady, year-round refrigerated freight across the 11 Western states.
• Complete 4-6 weeks of hands-on, on-the-job training on Western regional routes with an experienced driver.
• Move directly into your own truck and start earning full mileage pay once training is complete.
• Drive consistent 1,700 – 2,200 miles per week.
• Maintain a stable work history and manageable employment gaps.
• Pass standard pre-employment drug screening, including urine and hair follicle testing.
• Pass a background check.
