About The Position
We are looking for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Drivers to operate company-owned and leased gasoline or diesel-powered semi tractor trailers. The role involves transporting and delivering products, materials, or equipment in loose or packaged form. Duties include performing required inspections of the truck, trailer, equipment, and supplies (e.g., tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water), driving the truck into position for loading or unloading, verifying loads against shipping papers, and driving the truck to its destination. The position also requires providing outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations, preparing receipts for picked-up loads, collecting payment for delivered goods and delivery charges when directed, and maintaining a truck log according to state and federal regulations. Drivers will also maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisors for delivery instructions. Other duties may be assigned as business demands require.
