About The Position

LaRiviere Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to operate truck and side dump trailers, dump trucks, and flatbed trucks/trailers in the St. Maries/Lewiston, Idaho region. The role involves transporting and dumping materials such as gravel, dirt, and demolition debris, and occasionally loading and transporting heavy equipment.

Requirements

Class A CDL
Current DOT medical card
Clean driving record
General driving experience in a variety of commercial or construction settings
Three years of verifiable driving experience

Responsibilities

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle to ensure truck does not need any required maintenance or repairs.
Work and communicate well with Supervisors, Dispatch, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and other employees.
Work overtime and possibly some weekends, when needed during busy season.
Conform to and maintain OSHA, DOT and all other company and/or state rules and regulations.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Maintain vehicle in a clean and orderly condition, inside and out.
Transporting and dumping materials such as gravel, dirt, and demolition debris.
Load and transport heavy equipment on occasion.
