About The Position
As a Class A CDL Route Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the products they need safely, accurately, and on time. You'll operate commercial vehicles along established delivery routes, delivering a wide range of popular beverage products to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and retail locations throughout the region. This position goes beyond transportation. You'll be a key representative of Harrington Bottling, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel and account contacts. Daily responsibilities include delivering products, stocking shelves and coolers, rotating inventory, helping create attractive product displays, and ensuring customers are fully satisfied with every delivery. Most routes are local, allowing drivers to return home each evening. Occasional travel outside the immediate area may be required based on business needs, but this is primarily a local driving role designed to support a healthy work-life balance. One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is our 4-day, 10-hour schedule, providing three days off each week so you can enjoy more personal time while maintaining full-time earnings.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Strong commitment to providing excellent service

- Comfortable working independently while managing delivery schedules and customer needs
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must successfully pass a functional ability test if applicable
