Join a growing team that focuses on relationships. This role involves working 4-5 days per week, starting and ending in Mitchell, South Dakota. The job utilizes your CDL license, is a Mon-Fri route that has you home every night, and helps keeps you fit. For those who do not have a CDL, there is a CDL Training program and paid on-the-job training where you will be paired with another driver to gain hands-on experience. The role requires approximately 45 hours per week over 4 days (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri), generally starting between 4am-5am. Responsibilities include picking up a packed trailer, following a delivery route, building loads for customers, reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with customers on product placement, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with repeat customers. Occasional assistance with routes in Sioux Falls may be required.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Current Class A CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months.
Have a good driving record.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs.

Responsibilities

Start and end routes in Mitchell, South Dakota.
Work 4-5 days per week, approximately 45 hours per week in 4 days (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri).
Start between 4am-5am picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route.
Build the loads to take in to the customer at each stop.
Read and scan delivery tickets with attention to detail.
Work with the customer on where to place their products.
Get required signatures.
Develop relationships with repeat customers.
Occasionally assist with routes in Sioux Falls as needed.
