Requirements
- Class A CDL.
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
- SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 has been completed.
Nice To Haves
- DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer on Southwest regional routes.
- Transport dry van freight.
- Perform 70% drop and hook, with some live load/unload.
- Ensure 100% no-touch freight.
- Adhere to all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
- Complete 34-48 hour reset at home weekly.
Benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1200-1500
- Paid on ALL miles (loaded & empty)
- Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
- 34–48 hour reset at home
- Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
- Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
- Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
- Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
- Paid vacation
