Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

Drive newer, premium, assigned equipment from top brands like Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
Operate on predictable regional routes throughout the Southwest states.
Transport 100% No-Touch freight.
Engage in highly efficient operations with 70% drop & hook and minimal live loading/unloading.

Weekly Earnings: Average $1,250 – $1,500 per week.
All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time
Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
