About The Position

We are looking for Class A CDL Regional Drivers for our regional operations. We offer guaranteed pay structures and a clear path forward for every driver. This role involves hauling enclosed regional freight with a focus on protecting your paycheck and prioritizing your safety. New license holders will receive guaranteed minimum pay during their first 90 days solo, and experienced drivers can skip the training phase. The training phase involves learning on actual highways with real loads, and drivers will receive their own truck upon completion. The role focuses on pulling dry van trailers on regional routes east of I-35, with home time every two weeks. Drivers are expected to follow all federal transportation safety guidelines, keep up with daily digital logs, report vehicle conditions accurately, and perform pre-shift equipment checks.

Requirements

Hold a valid, active Class A commercial driver's license.
Be at least 21 years old.
Rookies must provide proof of 120+ hours from a certified driving school.
Driving record must show no major recent accidents or violations.
Must pass a standard DOT medical examination and a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Haul enclosed regional freight.
Pull dry van trailers on regional routes, focusing on freight lines east of I-35.
Follow all federal transportation safety guidelines without exception.
Keep up with daily digital logs and report vehicle conditions accurately.
Check tractor and trailer equipment carefully at the start of every shift.
Keep the dispatch team updated on progress throughout the day.
Complete proper walk-around vehicle evaluations to prevent breakdowns.
Work efficiently alongside the freight management and coordination team.
