About The Position

Style Crest is hiring Class A CDL Regional Delivery Drivers at our Fremont, OH distribution center. This role offers steady routes, strong pay, and a safety-focused environment. Drivers can expect to be home every weekend plus at least one weekday, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday. The company provides assigned tractors, newer equipment with electronic logs and GPS, and multiple incentive programs. This position involves safely transporting products from the distribution center to customer locations, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs, verifying loads, and unloading products at customer sites. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance, professional customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. Drivers may need to stay out 3 to 4 nights per week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience
• Clean MVR and PSP record
• Ability to meet DOT medical requirements
• Experience with electronic logs and route navigation
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Professional attitude and customer service skills
• Ability to lift/move 80 to 100 lbs with equipment assistance
• Willingness to stay out 3 to 4 nights per week

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely on regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations
• Verify loads, paperwork, and delivery accuracy
• Follow assigned routes and communicate any delays
• Unload products at customer locations using provided equipment
• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Collect C.O.D. payments when required
• Pick up returned materials and complete documentation
• Coordinate with dispatch and traffic teams
• Fuel equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
