About The Position

This is a full-time W2 position for a Class A CDL Regional Driver with consistent freight and reliable dispatch. The role offers minimal downtime between loads, with drivers averaging 2,200–2,500 miles per week and typically earning between $1,200 and $1,500 weekly. Home time is scheduled every two weeks. The company accepts drivers newer to the industry and provides 4–6 weeks of paid training with a mentor, including real-world driving, inspections, and daily operations. After training, drivers move to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM. Loads are no-touch dry van, with 60% drop and hook, and a combination of preloaded and live freight. Day and night routes are available.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Entry-level drivers and those with 6+ months experience accepted
• Clean driving record required
• No major violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• No DUI in the last 5 years
• No safety-related terminations
• Work history must meet company standards
• Must pass urine and hair follicle drug test

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A CDL regional routes
• Maintain a consistent schedule of 2,200–2,500 miles per week
