About The Position

This position is built for drivers who want steady miles without surprises. Most drivers run between 2,200 and 2,500 miles each week, with pay that typically stays within the $1,200–$1,500 range. Home time is set every two weeks, so you know your schedule in advance. Freight is consistent, routes are planned, and downtime is minimal.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
• Stable work history required.
• No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No DUI within the last 5 years.
• No safety-related terminations.
• Employment history must meet company guidelines.
• Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Run between 2,200 and 2,500 miles per week.
• Transport dry van freight with no-touch loads.
• Handle a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers.
• Drive during day and night depending on dispatch.
• Participate in 4-6 weeks of training with a dedicated mentor.
• Gain hands-on experience with real loads and routes.
• Focus on safety, inspections, and trip execution.
