About The Position
We are immediately hiring Class A commercial drivers for a dedicated regional network that guarantees steady freight and financial stability. This role involves driving 1,900 to 2,100 miles loaded every single week on predictable regional routes. The position operates on continuous day/night shifts and holiday/weekend rotations, with a schedule of running hard for 2 weeks followed by reliable home time.
Requirements
- Active CDL-A (Class A Commercial Driver's License)
- Open to Trainees / Student Graduates and experienced First Seat drivers
- No extra endorsements needed to clear orientation
Responsibilities
- Drive 1,900 to 2,100 miles loaded every single week.
- Drive predictable regional routes.
- Operate on continuous day/night shifts and holiday/weekend rotations.
- Work a schedule of 2 weeks on the road followed by home time.
- Handle 100% driver-clean refrigerated freight with no loading or unloading duties.
Benefits
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,300
- Base Mileage Pay: $0.51 CPM starting rate
- Stop Pay: Extra $15.00 paid out per stop
