About The Position
Intercity Lines is seeking experienced Class A owner operators to transport rare, high-value vehicles nationwide using enclosed car carriers. Drivers haul exclusive vehicles for collectors, museums, manufacturers, and other customers. The company says it values drivers, provides staff support 24/7, and works with drivers to accommodate their home-time needs. Owner operators run under Intercity Lines’ authority and receive 65% of each line haul. The company pays for cargo and liability insurance and provides a fuel card with access to its fuel discounts. Solo operators may earn $280,000–$320,000 or more, while team operators may earn $400,000 or more; these figures are described as potential earnings. Equipment includes dedicated trailers and six-car enclosed carriers, which are built, serviced, and maintained in-house. Drivers must provide a low-mileage, well-maintained semi-truck.
