About The Position

D-Trans LLC is seeking highly motivated and professional Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers (established pairs preferred) for company-owned truck positions at the Venice, FL Terminal. This is a full-time, W2 payroll position with a compensation of $1.00 per mile (split between the team) for all odometer/GPS miles. Teams can expect to earn gross pay of $4,000–$4,800 per week, reflecting reliable high-mileage freight (typically 4,100–4,900+ miles/week) with steady lanes from the Venice terminal. Additional pay and bonuses are available, including extra stop pay and a per-diem tax benefit. No mandatory vaccines are required. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Class A CDL (both drivers).
• Current DOT Physical (both drivers).
• No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
• No major violation in the past 36 months (reckless driving or careless endangerment).
• No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
• No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
• Overall safe driving record.
• Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• No positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (both drivers).
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
• Must speak English.
• Drivers with Vehicular Homicide, Alcohol or drug-related offense in a commercial vehicle, Hit and run (leaving the scene of an accident), Theft of a motor vehicle, Driving while license is revoked, or 3 or more chargeable accidents in the past 3 years are not eligible.
• Drivers without a valid CDL are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned trucks on OTR/Nationwide routes.
• Ensure all loads are delivered safely and on time.
• Adhere to Federal and Florida DOT and HOS rules.
• Coordinate with team partner for maximum miles and home time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Handle paperwork accurately.
• Obtain or maintain a TWIC card.
• Assist with driver-assist if required for loads.
