About The Position

Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers (FT) – $4,000–$4,800/Week Per Team (Split). No mandatory vaccines are required. We are looking for highly motivated and professional team drivers (established pairs preferred) for company-owned truck positions at the Venice, FL Terminal (D-Trans LLC).

Compensation: Rate is $1.00 per mile (1 DPM) split between the team for all odometer/GPS miles (full & empty). On average, teams earn gross pay of $4,000–$4,800 per week (split to approximately $2,000–$2,400 per driver weekly, depending on miles run and experience). This reflects reliable high-mileage freight (typically 4,100–4,900+ miles/week) with steady lanes from the Venice terminal. Extra stop pay. Other additional pay/bonuses. Per-diem tax benefit.

Employment type: Company Driver - Full Time/Payroll (W2) – Team Position.
Driver Position Type: OTR/Nationwide (Team).

Requirements

• Class A CDL (both drivers).
• Current DOT Physical (both drivers).
• No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
• No major violation in the past 36 months (reckless driving or careless endangerment).
• No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
• No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
• Overall safe driving record.
• Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• No positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (both drivers).
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
• Must speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-owned trucks on OTR/Nationwide routes.
• Operate as a team, splitting miles and responsibilities.
• Adhere to Federal and Florida DOT and HOS rules.
• Handle 90% no-touch loads, with potential for driver-assist pay.
• Complete paperwork efficiently.
• Manage fuel card and cash advances for OTR expenses.
• Ensure timely completion of round-trips for direct deposits.
