About The Position

Garden State Tile is hiring an overnight Class A CDL Interstate Driver to safely transport products between NJ and PA. This role is based out of the Dayton Distribution Center in Dayton, NJ. The driver will be responsible for after-hours transfers between our Dayton, NJ Distribution Center, Bethlehem, PA, and Lancaster, PA. This position requires a high level of safety, reliability, and customer service, including managing after-hours facility access, operating warehouse equipment, and performing vehicle inspections.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and valid Health Card.
Willingness to be flexible with a strong TEAM attitude.
Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle.
Ability to manage after-hours facility access.
Comfortable using a forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack.
Ability to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial vehicle on a set interstate route.
Manage after-hours facility access, including unlocking, unloading/loading with proper equipment, and securing the facility.
Be comfortable using a forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack.
Diligently complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Safely navigate after-hours issues with 24-hour roadside assistance access.
Provide top-tier concierge customer service to all team members and clients.
