About The Position

Kwik Trip, Inc., is seeking a Class A CDL Grocery Truck Driver to service our 900+ convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, and South Dakota. As a Driver for Kwik Trip, you are responsible for the safe and timely delivery and unloading of product being sent to store locations. On average, Drivers make 4 to 8 stops per night at Kwik Trip stores and average 1,300 miles per week. Drivers are able to be home at the end of each shift and drive only the best equipment. Our state-of-the-art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with combination vehicle and air brakes endorsements.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement.
• Good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Candidate must live within both 60 minutes and 60 miles of their home base in Rosemount, MN.
• Sit up to 6 hours at a time.
• Stand up to 2 hours at a time.
• Bend/reach/twist/stoop/squat frequently.
• Lift up to 75 pounds to waist level occasionally.
• Lift up to 70 pounds to 60 inches occasionally.
• Lift up to 40 pounds to 72 inches frequently.
• Carry 90 pounds occasionally.
• Push/pull up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
• Work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Class A commercial driving experience is a plus but not required.
• Accurate / detail oriented.
• Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks.
• Work well with others.
• Work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safe and timely delivery and unloading of product to store locations.
• Make an average of 4 to 8 stops per night.
• Accurately and completely fill out invoice paperwork.
• Perform a variety of job tasks.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
