About The Position

Jackson Energy Logistics is hiring experienced Class A CDL Fuel Transport Drivers to join their growing team. Drivers will operate a tractor-tanker combination to deliver fuel to retail store partners, perform inspections, load/transport/unload petroleum products, provide customer service, and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

Minimum age: 23 years old
Employees must reside within 40 miles of the terminal where they are hired.
At least 1 year of recent, verifiable Class A CDL driving (tanker preferred)
Current Class A CDL, from the state in which you are applying, with HazMat & Tanker endorsements
Must NOT be restricted to automatic transmissions
TWIC card required in applicable areas
No tickets or accidents in the past 12 months
Maximum 1.5 points in the last 3 years
Must pass DOT physical
Must pass drug test
Must pass background check
Must pass Jackson driving test
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform heavy work: Lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally, Lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently, Lift/move up to 20 lbs constantly

Responsibilities

Safely operate a tractor-tanker combination to deliver fuel to our retail store partners
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Load, transport, and unload petroleum products in compliance with DOT regulations
Provide exceptional customer service at every stop
Adhere to all safety and compliance standards and complete required paperwork
