About The Position

Leacock Paving LLC is seeking a Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver for a local driving position in Gordonville, PA. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with optional Saturdays, ensuring drivers are home every night. The company specializes in asphalt paving for residential, agricultural, and commercial properties and is a faith-based organization that values hard work, respect, and quality craftsmanship. The driver will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck and trailer, transporting materials, loading and unloading equipment, and supporting daily project needs with the on-site crew.

Requirements

Class A CDL with an "M" endorsement.
2 years of Class A CDL driving experience preferred.
Ability to operate a Tri-Axel Dump Truck with an Eager Beaver Trailer.
Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Respectful in language and actions.
Dependable and able to arrive at work on time and work efficiently.
Team player with good people skills.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a dump truck and trailer to local job sites throughout the workday.
Transport equipment and materials to and from residential, farm, and commercial properties.
Load and unload equipment efficiently to keep crews on schedule.
Secure loads properly and ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment at all times.
Work closely with the crew on-site to support daily project needs and keep jobs running smoothly.
Follow safety procedures and maintain awareness of your surroundings while operating vehicles and equipment.
